Securities Associate/Of Counsel - Investment Funds Group

A law firm seeks a skilled securities attorney with over six years of experience managing structured securities offerings. This role provides legal guidance primarily focused on commercial real estate transactions, including finance, acquisitions, and dispositions, within a dynamic and supportive environment.

Duties:

• Represent public and private real estate companies, REITs, and institutional investors in diverse transactions.
• Handle acquisitions, dispositions, restructurings, and complex financing deals for commercial real estate.
• Collaborate with clients to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Conduct thorough analyses and drafting of legal documents related to real estate transactions.
• Provide strategic advice and insights based on sound business judgment.
• Manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Requirements:

• Must be admitted to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
• A minimum of six years of direct experience managing structured securities offerings.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active attorney license in the jurisdiction of practice.
