Litigation Associate Attorney

A law firm in Tulsa, OK, is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney with experience in litigation defense. The ideal candidate will work closely with the firm's Senior Partners on all aspects of civil litigation through trial. This role requires a strong background in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents, as well as excellent legal research and analytical skills. The candidate should demonstrate exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to client service and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Senior Partners on civil litigation matters, engaging in all aspects of cases from inception to trial.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategy and preparation.
• Interact effectively with clients, court officials, and other legal professionals.
• Manage multiple cases simultaneously, ensuring timely progress and adherence to deadlines.
• Utilize legal research software and other computer applications to support case management.
• Maintain high levels of professionalism and ethical standards in all legal practices.
• Develop and maintain outstanding client relationships through excellent service and communication.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in Oklahoma.
• 1-5 years of experience in litigation defense.
• Proven experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents.
• Strong legal research and analytical skills.
