The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plaintiff personal injury cases, with a minimum of three years of experience. This role offers extensive courtroom exposure, including participation in discovery, depositions, arbitration hearings, and jury trials. The position demands excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple cases of varying complexity.

Duties:

• Represent clients in personal injury cases, focusing on plaintiff-side litigation.
• Conduct depositions, and arbitrations, and handle court appearances.
• Participate in jury trials, presenting evidence and arguments to win cases.
• Handle all aspects of discovery, including collecting and organizing evidence.
• Draft legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence.
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
• Maintain communication with clients, providing updates and legal advice.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury law, with a focus on plaintiff cases.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Strong work ethic with a passion for litigation and achieving favorable verdicts.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active Bar License in Illinois.
