Job Overview:
A rapidly growing personal injury and workers' compensation law firm in Chicago is seeking a dedicated Personal Injury Attorney to manage litigated cases. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping clients and the ability to provide outstanding representation while effectively managing a high caseload.

Location: Chicago, IL

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Research and brief legal issues; draft persuasive legal documents
• Represent clients in court appearances, mediations, and other hearings
• Advise clients on legal rights, obligations, and strategies related to their cases
• Monitor changes in laws and regulations; provide relevant advice and counsel
• Collaborate with a team of attorneys while also handling cases independently

Requirements:

• Must be licensed to practice law in Illinois
• 5-7 years of experience in personal injury law

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active Illinois State Bar membership
