Location:

Duties:

• Handle complex litigation cases, including plaintiffs' class action suits.
• Draft and argue motions, and actively participate in trials, appeals, and settlement conferences.
• Manage complex discovery processes, including electronically stored information (ESI).
• Conduct depositions and represent clients in court proceedings.
• Collaborate with a diverse legal team and contribute to case strategy.
• Work on cases that align with personal interests, including pro bono opportunities.
• Engage with clients and develop litigation strategies to challenge corporate misconduct.

Requirements:

• 1-6 years of litigation experience, either in plaintiffs' or defense litigation, or completion of a federal clerkship.
• Strong writing and analytical skills, with the ability to draft legal documents and conduct legal research.
• Experience taking depositions and managing court appearances.
• Familiarity with managing complex discovery and electronically stored information (ESI).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse legal team.
• Passion for public service and consumer rights litigation.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the State Bar where the position is located (or eligibility for admission).
