Job Overview:

The Partner will play a pivotal role in shaping and leading the Commercial Litigation practice, contributing to the firm's strategic growth, and fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.

Duties:

  • Lead and manage the Commercial Litigation practice, overseeing all aspects of case strategy, client representation, and team performance.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, actively seeking new business opportunities and expanding the firm's client base.
  • Provide expert legal advice and representation in complex commercial litigation matters, including trials, arbitrations, and negotiations.
  • Mentor and guide junior attorneys, fostering professional development and ensuring a high level of expertise within the team.
  • Collaborate with other practice areas and firm leadership to enhance cross-functional initiatives and contribute to the overall success of the firm.
  • Stay current on legal trends, regulations, and industry developments related to commercial litigation.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admitted to the Florida State Bar and in good standing.
  • Experience practicing law with a focus on commercial litigation.
  • Proven success in managing and leading legal teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate and sustain a significant book of business.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the Florida State Bar.
