• Keep up-to-date with legal trends and changes in laws relevant to the firm’s practice areas.
• Communicate with clients regularly to provide updates on case progress, answer questions, and manage expectations.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar association and a valid license to practice law.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in litigation, with a preference for candidates with insurance defense experience.
• Proficiency in legal research tools such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw.
• Excellent legal drafting skills with high attention to detail.
• Strong litigation skills, including the ability to represent clients in court and arbitration proceedings.

Education:
