  • Represent clients in court and manage various litigation aspects
  • Participate in depositions, hearings, and conferences
  • Engage with medical experts and integrate their insights into case strategies
  • Conduct in-depth legal and medical research and prepare related analyses
  • Draft and file motions as required
  • Work in partnership with other legal professionals within the firm
  • Regularly communicate and interact with clients to ensure case transparency and client confidence

Requirements

  • 1-4 years of experience in medical malpractice or healthcare litigation
  • Active license to practice law in New York State

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications

  • Admission to the New York State Bar
