Land Use and CEQA Attorney

San Francisco office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks land use and CEQA attorney with 6+ years of writ litigation experience. The candidate will analyze and comment on the administrative draft CEQA and NEPA documents for legal sufficiency. Will analyze General Plans, zoning ordinances, and plot entitlement strategies. Help prepare project application documents for private clients. Perform legal research concerning land use, CEQA, and NEPA topics; draft certain CEQA and NEPA documents. Draft General Plan consistency, CEQA, and other approval findings; and handle all aspects of land use/CEQA litigation, including administrative record preparation, procedural steps, briefing, and argument. Should have experience in land use, CEQA, and NEPA.

The candidate must have stellar writing skills, attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and motivation to serve private developer and public agency clients at the highest level.
