Job Overview Seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Finance Lawyer to join a prestigious law firm’s market-leading Projects team. The role involves working on high-profile projects in renewable energy, energy storage, power generation, and other energy transition technologies. Duties

  • Draft and negotiate principal financing documentation.

  • Provide legal guidance on project finance matters.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on energy transition projects.

  • Review project documentation with attention to detail.

  • Advise on renewable energy financing and compliance.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a project finance lawyer.

  • Extensive experience in drafting and negotiating financing agreements.

  • Background in renewable energy projects preferred.

  • Strong project documentation review experience is advantageous.

  • Demonstrated success in complex legal environments.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

  • Admission to the relevant state bar.

Certifications
