Duties:

  • Handle civil and administrative litigation matters in environmental, land use, government, and related areas of law
  • Conduct legal research and analysis on complex issues
  • Draft motions, pleadings, discovery requests, and responses
  • Represent clients in hearings, depositions, and trials
  • Manage cases from inception through resolution, including first chair responsibilities
  • Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on regulatory and compliance matters
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and development

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience in civil and/or administrative litigation, preferably in environmental, land use, government, or related fields
  • Clerkship experience and first-chair experience are preferred
  • Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills
  • High level of professionalism and attention to detail
  • Member of the Florida Bar in good standing
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Florida Bar membership in good standing
