Duties:

• Conduct in-depth legal research, utilizing tools such as Westlaw to build case strategies.

• Draft, review, and ensure legal documents are compliant with applicable laws and regulations.

• Supervise and mentor junior legal staff, offering guidance and support throughout the litigation process.

• Maintain clear and concise communication with clients and stakeholders regarding case updates.

• Represent clients in a variety of insurance coverage disputes and related legal matters.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance coverage law.

• Active and clean license to practice law in Arizona, Nevada, or New Mexico.

• Strong skills in legal research, writing, and verbal communication.

• Demonstrated ability to manage litigation stages with oversight from senior partners while refining expertise.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Arizona, New Mexico, or Nevada Bar License (Required)
