Litigation Associate Attorney

Job Overview:

Duties:

• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Represent clients in court and during pre-trial conferences.

• Collaborate with support staff to ensure efficient case management.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of litigation experience.
• Active license to practice law in North Carolina.
• Juris Doctorate or higher from an accredited law school.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal court procedures.
• Proven experience in handling all phases of litigation.
• Excellent legal research and writing skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctorate (JD) or higher.

Certifications:
