Construction Litigation Attorney

Location:

Duties:

• Represent clients in construction, surety, and fidelity litigation matters
• Draft pleadings, discovery requests, motions, and other legal documents
• Prepare for trials, hearings, and depositions
• Manage cases from inception to resolution, working both independently and as part of a team
• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients regarding construction-related legal issues
• Participate in settlement negotiations and alternative dispute resolution processes

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in commercial litigation
• Strong experience in construction, surety, and insurance litigation is preferred
• Proven litigation skills, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, and preparing for trials
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload efficiently

Education:

• J.D. from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar required
• New Jersey Bar admission is a plus
