Duties

  • Manage litigation cases in employment law, business disputes, and personal injury.
  • Handle all aspects of case management, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery.
  • Represent clients in court, including appearances and hearings.
  • Take and defend depositions, and manage witness interviews.
  • Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on case strategy and developments.
  • Draft and respond to discovery requests and motions.
  • Prepare cases for trial, including organizing exhibits, preparing witnesses, and coordinating with experts.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active membership in the California State Bar.
  • Experience in managing litigation cases in multiple practice areas, including employment law, business litigation, and personal injury.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Active California Bar membership (Required).
