Job Overview: A well-established law firm located in Goose Creek, SC is seeking a qualified Real Estate Closing Attorney to manage and oversee real estate transactions. The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in residential and commercial closings and be dedicated to providing exceptional client service. This role involves collaborating with a team of legal professionals and engaging with clients to ensure smooth and efficient transactions.

Duties:

• Manage residential and commercial real estate closings, including sales and refinancing processes
• Review and analyze property titles to ensure clear ownership
• Collaborate with lenders, real estate brokers, agents, buyers, and sellers for seamless transaction facilitation
• Draft and assess various legal documents, such as contracts, deeds, leases, and purchase agreements
• Provide professional guidance and address client questions or concerns during the transaction process
• Review disbursement ledgers and authorize financial disbursements
• Foster and grow business relationships to enhance the firm's network and client base
• Lead educational sessions for potential clients regarding real estate law topics

Requirements:

• Experience in residential real estate closings
• Active membership in the South Carolina State Bar and good standing
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with colleagues and clients
• Demonstrated initiative and capability for community involvement to build business relationships

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
