  • Assist with permitting, construction, litigation, and tax credits as needed
  • Provide legal advice and support to clients on transactional matters
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the successful completion of projects
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a law firm setting
  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an American Bar Association (ABA) accredited law school
  • Active admission in good standing with the Nebraska Bar or the ability to obtain the same quickly
  • Strong academic history

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Active admission in good standing with the Nebraska Bar or ability to obtain the same quickly

Skills:
