Associate Attorney, Business and Real Estate Transactions

A law firm seeks an Associate Attorney to join its team in Manchester, Connecticut. This position is designed for a motivated individual with 0 to 5 years of experience in residential and commercial real estate transactions, business acquisitions and dispositions, entity formation, and document drafting. The role offers a unique opportunity to engage with a diverse range of legal matters and gain practical experience in a dynamic office setting.

Duties:

• Draft a variety of transactional and corporate legal documents.
• Represent clients during closing processes for real estate transactions.
• Assist clients in business negotiations and related discussions.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop strategies for complex cases.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Connecticut Bar or pending admission.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Connecticut Bar.
