Duties:

• Represent clients in employment and labor-related legal matters.
• Provide counsel on workplace policies, compliance, and regulatory issues.
• Handle litigation and administrative proceedings related to employment law.
• Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and employment agreements.
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on labor laws and regulations.
• Manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining attention to detail.

Requirements:

• Experience in employment and labor law.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Some portable business is preferred.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
