  • Participate in client meetings, negotiations, and settlement discussions.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in federal and international taxation, including transfer pricing.
  • Strong knowledge of federal tax laws and experience in tax controversy and litigation.
  • Exceptional oral advocacy, legal research, organizational, and writing skills.
  • Energetic and collaborative personality with a keen interest in tax law.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, complex team environment.

Education:

  • J.D. from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction (CO preferred).

Skills:

  • Advanced knowledge of federal and international tax law, including transfer pricing.
  • Proven experience in tax controversy and litigation.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
