Duties:

  • Oversee a caseload of Consular Processing (CP) and Waiver cases, including I-130, I-601A, I-212, I-601, consular processing, and K-Visa applications.
  • Prepare clients for consulate interviews.
  • Represent clients before the USCIS.
  • Review and finalize immigration applications and case packets.
  • Lead a team of paralegals to achieve productivity goals and maintain high client satisfaction.
  • Conduct legal analyses to evaluate potential case benefits for clients.
  • Draft and submit legal briefs for various immigration cases.

Requirements:

  • 1 to 4 years of experience in Immigration Law, specifically in consular processing and waiver applications.
  • Strong team player with a collaborative and strategic mindset.
  • Proven track record in advancing legal cases and managing a caseload.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred, though not required.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admitted to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.

Skills:

  • Expertise in immigration law with a focus on consular processing and waivers.
  • Proficiency in case management software is preferred.
