Job Overview:

This role requires expertise in trial and appellate law, legal strategy, and research. The attorney will collaborate closely with trial teams to frame legal and factual issues, draft critical documents, and present persuasive oral arguments. Duties:

  • Provide thorough legal support from pleadings through post-trial and appeal.
  • Conduct extensive legal research to develop and support case strategies.

  • Assist in the strategic preparation for discovery, motions, and trial proceedings.

  • Attend trials and provide necessary litigation support.

Requirements:
