• Represent clients in court hearings and settlement negotiations.

• Draft, review, and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts.

• Stay current on legal trends, procedural changes, and case law.
• Manage a varied caseload, ensuring timely completion of assignments and meeting deadlines.
• Collaborate with legal teams to devise effective litigation strategies.
• Participate in legal forums, professional associations, and networking events.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the Tennessee State Bar.
• 3-5 years of litigation experience, ideally within the family law sector.
• Proven ability to manage and prioritize a high-volume caseload.
• Exceptional research, writing, and analytical capabilities.
• Strong oral advocacy and negotiation skills.
• Capable of working autonomously as well as within a team environment.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and deadlines.
• Ability to manage sensitive information with the utmost discretion.

Education:

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Tennessee State Bar.

Certifications:

• Admission to Tennessee State Bar.
