A distinguished legal practice specializing in Personal Injury, Employee Rights, and Consumer Class Action lawsuits is seeking a committed Associate Attorney to join the Employment team in Las Vegas. This role provides the opportunity to take significant responsibility in litigating class action cases related to worker rights violations. Attorneys will initially work onsite, transitioning to a hybrid schedule after the initial onboarding period. This position is ideal for a goal-oriented attorney ready to make a meaningful impact.

Duties:

  • Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and other required documentation.
  • Develop strategies for litigating wage and hour cases in state and federal courts.
  • Act as a key member of the litigation team, representing clients in depositions, hearings, and mediations.
  • Enhance skills in legal research, writing, and oral advocacy under mentorship from senior attorneys.


Requirements:

  • Licensed to practice in good standing with the State Bar.
  • Strong analytical and legal research capabilities.
  • Ability to manage a demanding caseload with close attention to detail.
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic legal environment.
  • Persuasive communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Critical thinking and realistic problem-solving abilities in complex scenarios.


Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school


Certifications

  • State Bar License
