Duties

  • Independently manage a caseload while maintaining a flexible schedule.
  • Attend court hearings, particularly related to guardianship, conservatorship, and Medicaid cases.
  • Network and collaborate with other professionals within the legal and healthcare communities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Elder Law, Medicaid planning, Special Needs, Guardianship, or Conservatorship preferred.
  • Strong commitment to providing high-quality legal services in these practice areas.

  • Ability to handle sensitive family matters with empathy and discretion.

Education

  • Washington State Bar License (required)
  • Idaho State Bar License (preferred)
