Duties:

• Represent clients in civil litigation matters, including but not limited to premises liability, construction defects, and wrongful death cases.
• Conduct legal research and prepare detailed legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and discovery responses.
• Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations to advocate for clients’ interests.
• Collaborate with clients to develop effective litigation strategies and provide legal advice throughout the litigation process.
• Maintain comprehensive case files and ensure all deadlines and legal requirements are met.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in defense litigation.
• Proven track record of successful case management and resolution.
• Strong understanding of civil litigation processes and relevant laws.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership in the California State Bar.

Skills:
