Social Security Attorney

Job Overview:

A law firm is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Social Security Attorney to join its team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Social Security law, with excellent legal research, drafting, and negotiation skills. Duties:

• Draft legal documents such as pleadings, briefs, and agreements, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings, advocating for their best interests.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on Social Security and Social Security Disability matters.
• Maintain organized case files and documentation according to legal administrative standards.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to ensure efficient case management and client service.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Proven experience in legal drafting.
• Experience in Social Security and Social Security Disability is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.

Skills:

• Legal research and drafting skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to represent clients in negotiations and court proceedings.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Social Security and Social Security Disability law (preferred).
