Duties:

• Conduct in-depth legal research using resources such as Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis.
• Draft a wide range of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts.
• Assist with case management, organizing legal files, and maintaining case calendars.
• Prepare for and participate in hearings, trials, depositions, and other legal proceedings.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and legal arguments.
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
• Maintain communication with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in the legal process.
• Provide general support to the legal team and assist with various administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in Personal Injury law (preferred but not required).
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar association (required).
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in drafting legal documents.
• Experience with litigation procedures and practices.
• Familiarity with legal software such as Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
