Job Overview:

Duties:

• Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations affecting Workers' Compensation Law, Personal Injury Law, and Criminal Law.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to ensure comprehensive client representation.
• Efficiently manage case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
• Provide guidance on additional legal matters as needed.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Strong understanding of legal administrative processes and procedures.
• Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficient in conducting legal research using platforms like Lexis-Nexis.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and court officials.
