Duties:

• Provide legal support to clients and assist senior partners in case management.
• Maintain and build client relationships through effective communication and service.
• Prepare legal reports, documents, and other written correspondence on behalf of clients.
• Take depositions, conduct legal research, and assist with trial preparation.
• Prepare and draft legal documents including motions, pleadings, and discovery requests.
• Advise clients on business and legal transactions, ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
• Negotiate settlements and resolve legal disputes on behalf of clients.
• Represent clients in court, advocating for their interests in trials and hearings.
• Ensure compliance with all legal standards, regulations, and firm policies.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in civil litigation defense.
• Experience handling cases in a trial setting.
• Strong knowledge of litigation procedures, legal documents, and case management.
• Proven ability to handle client relationships and provide excellent legal counsel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage a caseload efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Must be licensed to practice law in California.

Education:

• Juris Doctorate (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in California.

Skills:
