  • Ensure compliance with all relevant federal and state court rules and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in personal injury litigation and arbitration.
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state court procedures and rules.
  • Proven ability to manage cases independently while working effectively within a team.
