Associate Attorney - Personal Injury Litigation

A law firm seeks an experienced and dedicated Associate Attorney to join their litigation team in Denver, CO. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in personal injury litigation and arbitration. Duties:

• Review and analyze potential personal injury cases, providing clear recommendations to clients.
• Independently manage cases, including drafting complaints, discovery, and pleadings.
• Conduct depositions, attend hearings, and represent clients in trials and arbitrations.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop case strategies and assist with complex legal matters.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant federal and state court rules and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and witnesses.
• Maintain detailed and organized records of case activities, deadlines, and evidence.
• Prioritize and manage a varied caseload in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in personal injury litigation and arbitration.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state court procedures and rules.
• Proven ability to manage cases independently while working effectively within a team.
• Exceptional writing, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to think strategically and apply creative problem-solving techniques.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
