Duties:

• Document, negotiate, and close real estate-secured loans.
• Conduct due diligence for real estate transactions.
• Support the firm’s Business Transactions practice group on various real estate finance matters.
• Collaborate with colleagues across different offices, including Arizona and Nevada, as needed.
• Provide high-quality legal advice and representation to clients on real estate finance matters.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of general real estate experience or experience in real estate finance.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Dedication to providing excellent client service.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership in the Colorado Bar.
• Admission to the Arizona, California, or Nevada Bar is a plus.
