Requirements

  • USPTO registration as a Patent Agent.
  • At least 3 years of direct experience in patent prosecution within the Life Sciences field.
  • Advanced degree in Life Sciences or equivalent experience; expertise in molecular biology is highly desirable.
  • Strong writing and communication skills, with proficiency in technical writing being a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

Education

  • Advanced degree in Life Sciences (e.g., Ph.D. or M.S.) or equivalent experience.

Certifications
