Job Duties:

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active member of the Tennessee State Bar or pending Bar exam results.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in Workers' Compensation Defense preferred.
• Strong research, analytical, and writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
