Mid-level Antitrust and Class Action Litigation Associate Attorney

A law firm is currently seeking a Mid-level Antitrust and Class Action Litigation Associate Attorney for their Washington, DC office.

Job Overview:

• Provide legal representation to clients in antitrust and class action defense litigation matters.
• Utilize significant experience with Federal Court litigation.
• Demonstrate exceptional research, writing, and communication skills.
• Ensure compliance with relevant jurisdictional bar admission requirements.

Duties:

• Represent clients in antitrust and class action defense litigation matters.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on case-related issues.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Prepare for and attend hearings, depositions, and trials.
• Collaborate with partners and senior associates on case strategies.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and courts.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience working on antitrust and class action defense litigation.
• Significant experience with Federal Court litigation preferred.
• Exceptional academic background.
• Strong research, writing, and communication skills.
• Bar admission required for the jurisdiction of practice.

Education & Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Bar admission in the jurisdiction of practice.
