Auto Warranty (Lemon Law) Litigation Attorney Needed in LA

A law firm in Calabasas, CA, is seeking a Litigation Attorney to join their team. The Litigation Attorney will be responsible for handling all aspects of litigation, from inception through trial and potentially on appeal in the Ninth Circuit or California Court of Appeal. Duties:

• Handle all aspects of litigation, from inception through trial and potentially on appeal in the Ninth Circuit or California Court of Appeal.
• Draft legal briefs, conduct and respond to discovery, depose witnesses and experts, and prepare witnesses for testimony.
• Collaborate with automotive engineers and experts, inspect vehicles, and gather evidence.
• Appear and argue in state and federal court at hearings.
• Assist with mediation, arbitration, and trials.

Requirements:

• 0-6 years of relevant experience.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Willingness to learn and take on substantial responsibility.
• Creative problem-solving skills.
• Passed the July 2023 California bar exam (encouraged but not mandatory).

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Strong academic credentials are preferred.

Certifications:

• Admission to the California State Bar (required).
