Corporate Associate Attorney

A law firm in Los Angeles seeks a Corporate Associate Attorney with 5-6 years of experience in general corporate law, including mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, and securities. The ideal candidate will bring strong drafting, writing, and analytical skills, along with the ability to manage multiple projects. Duties:

• Handle mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate securities matters.
• Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Advise clients on corporate governance, compliance, and transaction matters.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to manage corporate transactions.
• Provide legal counsel to clients on corporate structure and operations.
• Conduct due diligence and manage deal closings.

Requirements:

• 5-6 years of experience in general corporate law.
• Experience with mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, and securities.
• Strong drafting, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Superior academic credentials are required.

Certifications:

• Admission to the California State Bar (or eligibility for admission).
