The firm specializes in representing medical providers in reimbursement disputes with insurance companies. This role requires an attorney with strong litigation experience, excellent research and writing skills, and the ability to manage cases efficiently from inception to resolution.

Duties

• Handle all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
• Manage a caseload, ensuring timely and effective representation of clients.
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategies.
• Respond to motions and engage in settlement discussions with opposing counsel.
• Participate in hearings, depositions, and court proceedings as required.
• Draft legal memoranda and other litigation-related documents.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of litigation experience.
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Proficiency in developing legal strategies and problem-solving complex issues.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active Bar membership in New Jersey (state and federal courts).
• Admission to the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
• Admission to the State and District Courts of New York (EDNY, SDNY).
