An established law firm is seeking a Real Estate Attorney to join its Investment Funds Group. This full-time role focuses on handling real estate transactions such as acquisitions, dispositions, and financings. Candidates should have a minimum of three years of experience in real estate law, with strong analytical skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Familiarity with securities offerings is beneficial.

Duties

  • Oversee real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and financings.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents related to real estate investments.
  • Conduct legal research to support investment funds operations and ensure compliance.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders.
  • Produce high-quality work within established deadlines.
  • Foster positive relationships within the team and with clients.
  • Participate in virtual meetings and other work-related tasks as required.
  • Perform additional duties and tasks as necessary to support role responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate law, particularly with acquisitions, dispositions, and financings.
  • Familiarity with securities offerings is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build professional relationships and influence others.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

  • Active law license in the relevant jurisdiction.
