Duties:

• Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis to craft effective case strategies.
• Draft precise motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents.
• Represent clients at hearings, depositions, and mediations.
• Manage a varied caseload, ensuring timely and accurate progress.
• Collaborate with clients and the legal team to develop comprehensive legal strategies.
• Work autonomously, anticipating needs, managing time efficiently, and thriving under pressure.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction defect litigation.
• An active member in good standing with the Florida Bar.
• Proven ability to independently manage multiple cases.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Florida Bar.
