Personal Injury Litigation Attorney

A law firm in Henderson, NV, is seeking a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney with over 5 years of experience to manage a diverse caseload of personal injury cases. The ideal candidate will have proven trial experience, a strong background in personal injury law, and a commitment to advocating for injured clients.

Duties:

• Develop and implement case strategies in collaboration with the legal team.
• Manage a caseload of personal injury litigation cases, including auto accidents, premises liability, and medical malpractice.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Represent clients in court hearings, trials, depositions, and mediations.
• Engage in settlement negotiations and manage all aspects of the litigation process.
• Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure comprehensive case management.
• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients throughout the litigation process.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure clear and consistent communication.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in Nevada.
• Proven trial experience with a successful track record in personal injury cases.
• Strong knowledge of Nevada personal injury law and legal procedures.
• 5+ years of experience handling complex personal injury cases from inception through resolution.
