Job Overview:

A distinguished law firm in Goose Creek, SC, is seeking an experienced Real Estate Closing Attorney to manage and facilitate residential and commercial property transactions. This role requires a highly skilled legal professional with a strong background in real estate law, capable of overseeing all aspects of closing processes while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Duties:

• Oversee and execute real estate closings for residential and commercial transactions, including sales and refinances.

• Review and analyze title reports to identify and resolve any legal issues.

• Collaborate with lenders, real estate agents, brokers, buyers, and sellers to facilitate seamless transactions.

• Draft and review legal documents such as purchase agreements, deeds, leases, and loan contracts.

• Provide clear guidance and professional service to clients, ensuring their questions and concerns are addressed.

• Monitor and approve disbursement ledgers and sign closing-related financial documents.

• Build and maintain strong business relationships to support continued growth.

• Conduct training and educational sessions for clients on key aspects of real estate law.

Requirements:

• Experience in residential real estate law preferred.

• An active member of the South Carolina State Bar in good standing.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
