  • Background in debtor/creditor law or collection-related matters is strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
  • Ability to manage a dynamic caseload with minimal supervision.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Active bar membership in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, or both.
