Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the state bar association and in good standing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in legal research tools such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent negotiation, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Valid Bar License (required).
