Duties:

  • Manage and handle civil litigation matters, focusing on insurance coverage disputes.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and draft high-quality legal documents, including motions, briefs, and pleadings.
  • Represent clients in both state and federal courts, including conducting hearings, depositions, and trials.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop legal strategies and provide client-focused solutions.
  • Manage caseloads, ensuring timely and efficient case resolution.
  • Maintain communication with clients to provide updates and advice on case status.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
  • Take the initiative in learning complex legal issues within the insurance coverage field.

Requirements:

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in civil litigation, preferably with exposure to insurance coverage law.
  • Experience working in both federal and state courts.
  • Strong legal research, writing, and oral communication skills.
