Job Overview:
A well-established creditors' rights and commercial litigation firm in Eatontown, NJ, is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join its collaborative and dynamic team. Location:

Duties:

• Represent clients in all phases of creditors' rights and commercial litigation.
• Handle legal research, drafting motions, pleadings, and other court documents.
• Manage discovery, depositions, and settlement negotiations.
• Appear in court for hearings, trials, and other proceedings.
• Work closely with senior attorneys and team members to develop case strategies.
• Maintain strong communication with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations managed.
• Contribute to business development and maintain long-term client relationships.

Requirements:

• Admission to the New Jersey and/or Pennsylvania Bar.
• Proven ability to handle complex litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective client interaction.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the New Jersey and/or Pennsylvania Bar (Required).
