Duties

• Provide comprehensive legal advice and services in estate planning, trust administration, and probate cases
• Collaborate with a team to ensure exemplary client service and case outcomes

• Develop and implement estate planning strategies, draft legal documents, and handle trust and probate matters

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Estate Planning, Trusts, and Probate law
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centered approach
• Ability to work well both independently and within a collaborative team setting

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in California
