The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in estate planning, business succession planning, and estate and trust administration. Location: Manchester, NH

Duties:

  • Advise clients on estate planning, business succession planning, and estate and trust administration
  • Draft and review a variety of legal documents, including wills, trusts, and other estate planning instruments
  • Conduct legal research and provide strategic guidance on complex estate and trust matters
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and other team members to manage client matters efficiently
  • Work independently on multiple projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality work
  • Maintain strong client relationships, providing exceptional service throughout the legal process

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience in trusts and estates law
  • Strong research, writing, and drafting skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and manage competing deadlines
  • Strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Active membership with the state bar
