Duties:

• Conduct thorough legal research using tools such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw to support case preparation and strategy development.
• Draft, review, and revise legal documents including contracts, pleadings, and motions.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations, and mediations, advocating for their best interests.
• Provide legal advice on various matters including securities transactions, estate planning strategies, immigration processes, and personal injury claims.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and case developments to ensure effective communication and compliance with legal standards.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to develop and implement comprehensive case management strategies.
• Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may impact clients or the firm’s practice areas.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is required.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Proven experience in one or more areas of law such as securities law, estate planning, immigration law, or personal injury law is preferred.
• Strong skills in legal research and writing, with proficiency in Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw.
• Excellent analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while meeting deadlines under pressure.

Education:
