Junior Associate - Securities Litigation

A law firm seeks a dedicated Junior Associate to join its Securities Litigation team in West Palm Beach. This position is ideal for candidates with a passion for litigation and an interest in financial services law. Duties

• Assist in managing broker-dealer litigation cases, from initial filings through resolution.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support ongoing litigation efforts.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and team members to develop case strategies.
• Participate in court appearances and depositions as needed.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, keeping them informed about case developments.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience, preferably in securities or financial services law.
• Strong academic background and demonstrated research and writing skills.
• Must be admitted to practice law in Florida.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic office environment.
• A collaborative mindset with a commitment to teamwork and client service.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Florida and in good standing.
